My name is DeQon Hardister, founder of Vantage Sky Solutions. This company represents more than business — it represents legacy.
I grew up watching both my grandfather and my father work with their hands.
They believed in one thing: if something needs building, you build it right. If something breaks, you fix it. No excuses.
That standard shaped how I approach documentation — every project should be captured clearly, professionally, and with purpose. Because if the work is done right, it should be shown right.
I went on to earn a degree in Mechanical Engineering and build a career in systems engineering. There, I learned how to structure clear, repeatable processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and document systems in a way that ensures consistency, accountability, and quality every time.
But I didn’t want to solve problems only on paper. I wanted to build something tangible. Something that created impact, income, and opportunity — not just for me, but for my family long term.
We had ventures before this. Some worked. Some didn’t. Every setback sharpened the vision. I documented the climb even when there were no wins to post.
Drones became the breakthrough.
Vantage Sky Solutions was built from that foundation — engineering discipline, field-level execution, and resilience earned through experience.
