The Brief
Last month, we documented two luxury residential builds in the Lake Ridge community of Cedar Hill, capturing a series of structured aerial progress images aligned with the contractor’s monthly request. The focus was simple: provide clear, accurate documentation of structural framing, roof installation, and site progression — nothing excessive, just what was needed within our standard monthly package. By approaching each angle with intention, we created visuals that were both functional for reporting and refined enough to represent the craftsmanship behind the build.

THE OUTCOME
What began as a straightforward progress capture evolved into something more meaningful. The aerial perspective provided clarity for stakeholders and lender reviews, while also giving the contractor a visual record of momentum and execution. There was a quiet confidence in documenting real work as it unfolded — clean lines, exposed framing, the geometry of a structure taking shape against the Texas sky. These weren’t staged moments; they were honest milestones. And in that honesty, the project carried a sense of progress, trust, and pride that extended beyond the job site.
